Hi Brad, in response to your letter of July 14, our move from Abbotsford to Edmonton in May went very well, and we were treated very well.  Karla from the very start responded quickly to answer questions, firmed up the actual packing/moving dates with the Vancouver Atlas Van Lines operations which was important as we moved for employment, and to revise insurance coverage, etc.

The driver/movers were excellent and the packers were okay.  Packers would get an A-, based on packing some inappropriate things together, eg a hammer in with art glass worth several thousand, luckily the art glass did not get broken.  But since little was broken, it was a good packing job.

We are quite happy with our experience with both Stallion Van Lines and Atlas Van Lines.  Thanks to your staff.
