Thanks for your letter and we also were sent a questionnaire which we have filled out.  Overall great service. We have no complaints.

The packers were amazing and really beat our expectations - they were innovative with the boxes (they were not expecting to box up the guitars and made a plan) and were so quick and hard working. All the people we encountered were great and hard working - and I would even worry for their health.
